After a three-year hiatus, the East Hertfordshire Lodge hosted a Ladies' Festival to honour and thank the partners of the Lodge members for all their support (and patience).
The festival took place on the weekend of 27th February, at the Cambridge Belfry hotel, and culminated in a grand gala dinner and dance on the Saturday evening. The gentlemen donned their smartest black tie and the women their finest dresses, to enjoy an evening of good food, live music, dancing and great company. Toasts were made to the Festival President, Worshipful Master Philip Day and his Lady in fine fashion and a great evening was had by all present.
A raffle held on the evening raised £250, which was donated the
Royal National Lifeboat Institute
at the request of the President's Lady, Christine.
